I write this as a character/minister reference for Kenny Bartimioli.  I have known Kenny for over 25 years, during most of which I have functioned as his spiritual covering as the pastor of Lake Tahoe Christian Fellowship, located in South Lake Tahoe California. 

Kenny and Stephanie have always been exemplary in their commitment to Jesus Christ and their involvement in the church.  Because of their character, calling and servant hearts they served as elders in LTCF from 1996--2005.  Along with eldership responsibilities, Kenny served for many years as a worship leader, and from 1995-2005 as our chief musician.  He is a gifted professional musician as well as a prophetic man with anointed speaking skills.  Stephanie is a wise godly woman, supportive wife, and dedicated mother who is respected by all who know her. 

I can give my strongest commendation for both of them in whatever ministry capacity they should function in.
